Just sending out a big “Thank You” to everyone who participated in my last auction! My last two birds were picked up today, rather than being shipped…As always, it is bittersweet for me, especially when the “grownups” leave…I’ve had a longer time to bond with them, and even though I know they’re going to good homes, it’s still hard to let them go…:) You’d think I’d be used to it by now, wouldn’t you…?

I’ll be doing another auction in a few weeks, for the babies that were just too young to be shipped out this last time…I’ll also have a few more “grown-ups”, as I’ve decided to try and trim back my “projects” to a more manageable level…Health and family are prime considerations for this…Cutting back, however, is very difficult for me…My seramas keep surprising me with new colors, and I keep saying, “Ooooh, isn’t that a pretty color…!” I guess that’s just the “Butterfly” syndrome of being easily distracted! 🙂 Of course, the new colors (to me) is part of the attraction of the serama breed, and while I’m continually striving for better “type”, those new colors keep enticing me off into new directions…It’s SO hard to keep these color projects to a manageable number!!!

As always, my buyers should feel free to email me with any questions they may have, at any time…we’re definitely all “in this” together…! 🙂

Thanks once again!
